The January to March 1971 UNITED KINGDOM POSTAL WORKERS STRIKE: A comprehensive collection of the Emergency stamps, labels and covers produced and mailed or cancelled per favour. Housed in six well annotated large albums, the collection is very well presented and is accompanied by the reference book by Clive Smith and some supplementary material. (many 100s of items). A wide range of officially licensed and unlicensed private posts operated during the strike to fill the gap left by the withdrawal of official postal services.
