Victoria with the words “CAMBRIA NOVA AUSTRALIS” (New South Wales) and “POSTAGE ONE 
SOVEREIGN” in ribbons at top and base The design measures 22 x 26mm on light card, in a framed 
border measuring 58 x 62mm with “Norman Selfe del.”at lower left and “Newman photo.” at the right. 
Bends and paper discolouration do not affect the illustration. Norman Selfe was an engineer for the NSW
