The soldier complains about being “in the most God forsaken part of Egypt....the temperature has been between 100 & 125 for a week.....If you hear that I am on the way back ring up Callan Park and order a cell for if I stay here much longer I will go mad...”; with large “TRAINING BATTALION POST FREE” cachet and officer’s signature.
