Request a Condition Report
All lots offered for auction are sold “as is”. It is the 
responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves of the 
condition of the lot prior to bidding at auction. 
Our specialists are on hand to provide additional 
information pertaining to condition as well as additional 
images on request. 
Please email your requests for a condition report to 
condition.reports@leski.com.au. You will need to have the 
auction code and lot number handy. 
Please note: Requests for condition reports and additional 
images need to be received no later than 24 hours prior to 
the commencement of the auction. We cannot guarantee 
that requests received after this time will be actioned. 
Payments & Collections
All invoices are emailed out at the completion of the 
auction. A separate email will also be sent containing 
information about collection times and suggested carriers 
depending on the type of auction in which you have 
purchased.
All invoices must be paid within 5 days of issue. 
All payments must be made in Australian Dollars.
Leski Auctions accepts a variety of payment methods.
Direct Deposit
Payment by direct deposit is our preferred method. 
Please allow 24 hours for your payment to clear into our bank 
account or alternatively, please provide a copy of the EFT 
receipt clearly detailing the Leski Auctions account details.

Eftpos & Credit Card Payments
Clients who come in to pay for their purchase in person 
may pay by Eftpos (no surcharge) or credit card without 
restrictions. 
Payments made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express 
will attract a 1.75% surcharge. 
Cash
Leski Auctions will accept payments of up to $10,000AUD 
in cash. For cash payments greater than this, payment will 
need to be deposited into the Leski Auctions bank account 
by the purchaser at their local Westpac branch. 
Please do not post cash payments to Leski Auctions.
Cheque/Money Order
Payment by cheque or money order will only be accepted 
with prior approval. 
Collection of goods purchased at auction is to be made 
within 5 days of the auction. Goods will not be released 
ahead of payment. 
Collection can be made from 727-729 High Street, 
Armadale anytime from Monday–Friday between 
10.00am and 5.00pm, or at other times by arrangement.
We encourage all clients to arrange collection and delivery 
of their items themselves where possible. This will enable 
you to shop around for the right price and time frame for 
delivery. In the event that you are unable to do this, please 
email us at collections@leski.com.au and we will provide 
assistance where possible.

Under the protection of the Movable Cultural Heritage Act 
1986, buyers may be required to obtain an export permit 
for certain categories of items in this sale, from the Cultural 
Property Section, Ministry for the Arts, Department of 
Communications and the Arts, GPO Box 2154, Canberra 
ACT 2601.

Also, buyers may be required under the provisions of the 
wildlife and protection ‘Regulation of Exports and Imports’ 
Act of 1992, to obtain an export permit for certain categories 
of items in this auction such as ivory or tortoise shell. These 
permits are to be obtained from the Wildlife Protection 
Section, Environment Australia – Biodiversity Group, prior to 
the purchase of items being exported from Australia.
