Leski Auctions is committed to ensuring that the process
of bidding at auction is simple and rewarding. We offer a
variety of options to make our auctions accessible to all
bidders anywhere in the world.
All first-time bidders will be asked to provide ID confirming
their address prior to their registration being approved.
International bidders may also be asked to provide a
refundable deposit.
Room Bidding
Register in person during the viewing period or on the day
of the auction. We strongly recommend attending the
auction to bid in person whenever possible.
Telephone Bidding
Leski Auctions offers telephone bidding on all lots,
at all auctions.
If you are unable to attend the auction, a member of staff
will call you to bid on your behalf at your instruction.
To organise a Telephone Bid please complete, sign and
return the Telephone Bid Form at the back of this catalogue.
Please email a scanned copy to accounts@leski.com.au or
fax through to +61 3 9012 4242.
Please note: Telephone bids must be organised at least 24
hours in advance. Whilst all care is taken to ensure that your
bid form is lodged and actioned correctly, Leski Auctions
takes no responsibility for errors or omissions. It can be
very hectic on auction day so leaving your request to the
last minute might result in disappointment.
Absentee Bids
If you are unable to attend the auction and will not have
access to a phone or computer, an Absentee Bid can be
placed on your behalf.
An Absentee Bid should be the maximum amount that
you are prepared to pay for the lot (excluding buyers’
premium). If the lot/s sell for less than your maximum bid,
you will secure the lot for that price. The auctioneer will
only increase your bid toward your maximum if there is
competition from other bidders.
