vellum from 1635, “the eleventh year of the reign of our most 
gracious sovereign Lord, Charles, by the Grace of God..” 
with subject appearing to be the long-term lease of lands 
to several parties, all of whom have signed the document 
with five seals still attached; later annotations verso. 
Attractively framed & glazed, overall 61 x 70cm.
