1966-71 QEII 7c purple extensive highly specialised & fully annotated collection including Heavily Over-Inked block of 4, Extreme Dry Ink x2, Jumped Perfs pair, Double Perfs pair, Plate Number blocks, UV reactions, Plate Fractures including BW #447(1)e & g x2 (one in R4/10-5/10 mint pair), etc, then literally hundreds of retouches with rarities including BW #447(1)h x8, ma, mb, mc, me (the so-called "Lino Square Recut") & oa (the so-called "Violent Corner Retouch" Second State) all used, high catalogue value.
