1930 KGV Oval 'TWO PENCE' overprint on 1½d red envelope ACSC ES70 printed to private order (PTPO) for Vacuum Oil Company Pty Ltd sent locally with ‘PERTH/22OCT/1930/30’ slogan cancel paying the domestic letter rate, opened on three sides with a few minor blemishes. [Private users returned their envelopes for overprinting to pay the new rate which was increased from 1½d per 1oz on 1 August 1930]
