1889 usage of 1d Postal Card to Holland with 2d orange tied by 'SHIP MAIL ROOM/NO11/89/SA - S.AUSTRALIA' duplex, 'HAARLEM' arrival cds & 'A.29' postman's delivery h/s. There was a 3d Postal Card rate to England but for postcards to foreign destinations the 6d letter rate had to be paid, so the card should have been taxed.
