He was writing to Les Hill of Mount Gambier (envelope present) about his experiences as a member of Murdochs 1884 tour to England as well as his years playing for Victoria. He had also served as a Victorian State selector and Vice-President of the V.C.A. His great grandson, Paul Sheahan, also played for Australia.Cooper played for Australia in 2 Test Matches and, as he writes in this letter These were the days when W.G.
