b'2030A superb pair of very fine quality sterling silver and Old Sheffield plate Rococo revival oval shaped entre dishes. The bases, in Old Sheffield plate, raised on four shell mounted cabriole feet with scrolling terminals, and double arched reeded loop handle to either end. Each fitted with an Old Sheffield warming insert beneath a sterling silver tray with fancy Rococo scroll and wave mounted border. Both with fitted covers to match with similar decoration to the flat tops. A sterling silver key with cartouche form handle and acanthus leaf mount, adorned with engraved armorial crests to the front of each cover. Made by T.J. & N.
