Foresters was a non-profit organisation, the founding principle being to provide financial and social benefits as well as support to members and their families in times of unemployment, sickness, death, disability and old age. The various chapters were referred to as Courts. The present silver medal, awarded to A. Cherry is engraved COURT RICHMOND v COURT BRUNSWICK - Highest Score for Richmond won by A. Cherry and on reverse shows a batsman at wicket with A.O.F. at top and CRICKET MATCH below.
