Featuring 1948 Invincibles Baggy Green and Blazer, 1956 Melbourne Olympics Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, a fine selection of golden age cricket memorabilia, a large collection of billiard memorabilia from the home of the Late Walter Lindrum, a remarkable collection of W.G. Grace signed letters and photographs, an extremely early Australian Rules Football kicking award chalice won by Geelong legend William “Trusty” Hall in 1876 and much, much more.
Late entries which can now be viewed online include a 1933 South Melbourne Premiership Medal.
Leski Auctions has agreed to postpone the sale of the Brownlow medals awarded to Ian Stewart. With the support of the vendor, it is our aim to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all parties.

This is a classic card of basketball's first marquee player. George Mikan is more responsible than any player of his generation for making basketball a nationally recognized sport. On the face of this card, Mikan is pictured storming towards the basket with relentless fury. At 6'10, 245 pounds, Mikan was the game's first dominant big man, paving the way for legends like Bill Russell and Wilt Chamberlain. He led his team, the Minneapolis Lakers, to five championships in six years.

THE BLACKHAM BROOCH, a piece of the original 'Blackham Ball' used by Frederick Spofforth during the first Ashes Test against England in London in 1882; inset under a rock crystal dome within a circlet of 24 old-cut diamonds and mounted in a 15 carat yellow gold cricket bat-shaped brooch, the reverse engraved "Australia v All England, Kennington Oval, August 29th 1882". Accompanied by an original letter from Blackham dated 24th of November, 1924. Framed and glazed, overall 41 x 34.5cm. (2 items).

BRADMAN'S FIRST TOUR OF ENGLAND.
A Gradidge Imperial Driver full size match-used bat attractively signed to the back of the blade by the Australian and English teams during the five Test Match series played in England between June and August, 1930. In addition to signing as part of the Australian team, Bradman has signed in the ownership position below the original owner "Webster", who was a cricket umpire at Bowral where they had become friends. The bat is presented in a custom-built glass-fronted display case with green felt interior adorned with nine lapel buttons depicting members of the team. Overall 94cm high, 22cm wide, 10cm deep.

A sterling silver cup depicting a footballer about to kick for goal and engraved "Carlton Football Club Challenge Cup for DROP KICK won by W. HALL * 1876 * 68 YDS"; 180mm. Accompanied by a 2016 article by Tony De Bolfo, describing the history of the "historic chalice" on the occasion of its return to the Bluesmuseum for exhibition. William "Trusty" Hall, the winner of the trophy, was (and still is) Geelong's only five-time premiership player.
