Q. I wish to place absentee bids, what do I need to do?
A. You can use our standard bidform to lodge absentee bids, follow instructions below on how to find the bidform for each auction.

Q. I am having problems locating your bid form, what do I need to do?
A. You can only place bids on current forthcoming auctions, locate the auction you're interested in on the front page of our website, click 'Absentee Bid Form!'. This type of bidding is indicated with a yellow star.

Q. I would like to bid live while the auction is running, what do I need to do?
A. Please visit the 'Live Bid Online' website and create an account to start bidding in real-time. This type of bidding is indicated with a blue star.

Q. I have tried the above instructions and I still cannot load your absentee bid form?
A. Visit the 'auction summary' page for the auction, locate the auction you're interested in on the front page of our website, click 'View Auction Summary Page'. You will now see the information page for the auction, click the link that says 'Absentee Bid Form!'.

Q. I would like to print out a bidsheet and lodge my bids through snail mail or fax, what do I need to do?
A. Visit the 'auction summary' page for the auction, locate the auction you're interested in on the front page of our website, click 'View Auction Summary Page'. You will now see the information page for the auction, click the link that says 'PDF Fax/Mail Bid Form!'. This is a PDF file, so you may also right click the link and choose to save the file to your computer for later printing.

Q. I have tried the above instructions and I still cannot load your absentee bid form?
A. Ok, lets try and load the absentee bid form manually.
Type an auction number in then click the generate link button, the blue link that appears is your bidform link.
