1916-20 (H&G.B5,6 & 7;Menuz.PE17,18A & 21) ½d Green, 1d Carmine & 2d Violet, KGV "Star" without "POSTAGE", addressed covers cancelled 'RIALTO MELBOURNE VIC 11MY16'. NEW DISCOVERY, these covers are listed as being officially issued on the 12th May. It is believed that the engraver Samuel Reading had a very small number CTO the day prior to issue. He subsequently passed them to P.T. Berry the president of The Philatelic Society of Victoria (now the R.P.S.V.). Fine and rare, 2d without flap.   (3)
