193   DOULTON LAMBETH:  Lemonade Jug, 1880, with sterling silver mount, an incised frieze of cows in pasture by Doulton's most famous animal artist Hannah B.Barlow, elaborate borders by Senior Assistant Louisa Wakely; 25cm tall (silver has couple minor dents).  $4000 - $5000
194   DOULTON LAMBETH:  Impasto signed Vase, 1883, this vase by Kate Rogers, painted with yellow daisies against a pale blue and brown ground is in the Impast style developed by Doulton in the late 1870s. The technique involved the application of pigment to the raw clay, to give a wonderful, coloured texture. Very limited production 1879-90. This fine piece was exhibited in July 1975 in London & still has the exhibition label attached. 25cm tall.  $2000 - $2500
